Ashley Imperato

Ashley Imperato is a dance teacher at Artistic Dance Connection. She grew up in Hurleyville, NY
and is currently 24 years old. She has danced all styles since she was five years old, and started
student teaching at age 14. Ashley is currently in school at Capella University to become a therapist
and teaches as a substitute teacher in Fallsburg High School. Ashley continues to teach all styles
(contemporary, ballet, jazz, hip hop) to ages 8 and up. She attends classes at Broadway Dance
Center in Manhattan, NY to continue her training. Ashley has trained with choreographers such as
Wildabeast, Sean Lew, Stephen “Twitch†Boss, Geo Hubela, and more. Ashley is also the dance
director at a sleep away camp called Tyler Hill. This will be her second year teaching with Artistic
Dance Connection and she cannot wait to be back teaching and dancing with all of the beautiful
students. Ashley loves nothing more than teaching and sharing her passion with her dancers. The
most important thing for her is to make sure that while students are learning technique and proper
terms, they are having fun and they leave each class with something meaningful to them.
